Tim Bartlett is a Kansas native and a leader in the real estate industry with nearly 15 years of experience and over $200 million in closed sales.

After graduating from the University of Kansas, Tim moved to Nashville where he started his career in residential real estate. He quickly became a Top 1% Agent, winning numerous awards and accolades along the way. Tim uses a consultative approach to real estate based on the principals of serving his clients with trust, expertise and experience. However, he is most proud of creating authentic connections with his clients and building lifelong friendships that exist long after closing. After the birth of their two children, Tim and his wife moved back home to Kansas City to be closer to their families.

Tim, his wife Jamie, and their two girls Lucy and Frankie live in Westwood, KS. In his free time, Tim loves to play hockey, travel and explore what makes KC great. As a connoisseur of good food and a great drink, he’s always happy to share his culinary recommendations.
