Tim Bartlett is a Kansas City real estate agent with ReeceNichols Real Estate, bringing nearly 15 years of experience and over $200 million in closed sales.

Tim is from Topeka and moved to Nashville after graduating from the University of Kansas. There, Tim discovered real estate and fell in love. He quickly became a Top 1% agent in Nashville's booming real estate market, winning numerous awards and accolades. In 2025, he and his growing family moved back home to the Midwest.

Tim specializes in working with both buyers and sellers. He’s adept in the luxury market, having designed, renovated and built multiple luxury homes. He loves historic houses but is just as comfortable in a high rise condo or new construction homes.

Tim, his wife Jamie, and their two daughters Lucy and Frankie live in Westwood, KS. In his free time, Tim loves to play hockey, travel, and explore Kansas City. As a connoisseur of a good meal and great drink, he’s always happy to share his recommendations.
